G Building comes from the workshop of the ATELIER 8000 architectural studio and was completed in 2013. It is located on the corner of Michelská and Baarova streets. G Building offers a total of 5,500 m2 of office space and 1,000 m2 of retail space on the ground floor of the building. There are 146 parking spaces for tenants and the public on three underground floors. G Building has a roof terrace with the possibility of relaxation and opposite the other administrative buildings has its own courtyard with greenery. The building has excellent transport accessibility: the Jemnická bus stop is located directly in front of the building (two bus stops from the Budějovická and Kačerov C metro stations) and it offers direct connection to the Prague ring road and the D1 motorway.
