The Bubenská 1 building is one of the most important buildings of functionalist architecture in Prague and is known as the building of the former Electric Companies of the Capital City of Prague. One of the advantages of the building is its excellent transport accessibility from almost any place in Prague. The building is located in Prague 7 Holešovice, right next to the Vltavská metro station. Bubenská 1 is currently under extensive reconstruction, which will be completed in mid-2020.
