The Mississippi House administrative project is located in the heart of Karlín, right on the River City Prague campus. Mississippi House is a house primarily for people. From the garage to the roof, it is full of modern technology. Flexible open spaces are flooded with unlimited natural daylight. Tiles made of natural stone, ceramics and metal dominate the lobby with seating for guests. On a total area of 13,300 m2 there are top-quality office spaces. A typical floor has 1,600 m2 of office space and can be divided for up to 4 tenants. The project aims at LEED Platinum certification, which is the highest possible level that can be achieved when evaluating the energy efficiency of buildings. The basic equipment includes five elevators, a fire protection system, bicycle storage, showers and lockers.
