The Prime Office Building offers approximately 7,200 m2 of modern office space spread over seven floors, which meet the highest standards with a minimum share of common areas. The concept of the building was completely subordinated to future requirements for maximum variability of space, thanks to which it does not limit its tenant in choosing the internal layout of the offices. The all-glass façade not only provides plenty of daylight, but also brings valuable views. From four floors you can enter the terraces, which gives Prime its name. Original materials were used throughout the project: copper, travertine and wood, processed in various finishes. The landscaping around Pankrác Prime is suitable not only for relaxation, but also completes a pleasant working environment for tenants.
