The project of the multifunctional Rieger Plaza complex brings a new type of services to Hradec Králové. These will help strengthen its position as a modern and progressive city. The complex will be located in the wider centre of Hradec Králové, directly opposite the train station and in the immediate vicinity of the public transport terminal. It uses the convenient location of Hradec Králové, which is easily accessible by car from all major Czech cities. The full-fledged city block will offer not only above-standard spaces for work, but also a place to spend free time. In addition to offices, which will include a spacious terrace, there will also be shops, restaurants and cafés. The plan also includes greenery and landscaping of the park. The existing Černigov Hotel will be replaced by the four-star Clarion Hotel, which will also include a modern congress hall with a capacity of 700 people, a wellness centre with a gym and a skybar.
