The Forum
Václavské náměstí, Praha 1The neo-baroque Forum building is one of the largest historic buildings on Wenceslas Square and is listed as the capital's immovable cultural monuments. This prestigious building was built in 1896. The dominant feature of the building is a unique imperial staircase with neo-baroque stucco decoration. The building originally housed the insurance company of Assicurazioni Generali, where Franz Kafka, one of the most literary influential writers of the 20th century, had worked.
The forum is located in the very centre of Wenceslas Square, on the corner with Jindřišská Street. The building offers highly efficient office space and retail space. It will provide the possibility of maximum flexibility in choosing large or individual offices. Right next to the building there is the entrance to the Můstek metro station (line A and B). Within walking distance there is the Muzeum station (lines A and C). The number of parking spaces in the building is limited. Additional or visitor parking spaces can be provided in the immediate vicinity.
